Returns & Exchange
Verandah Lifestyle Limited would like to thank you for shopping at www.oneveranda.com. Our team at the oneveranda.com would love you to be excited about your purchase forms us. However there may be times that you are not happy with your product for whatever reason. In this case simply request a return reference number (listed on your invoice) by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org in reply we will email you with full return instructions together with return label, please ensure that the relevant purchase is returned to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt, ensuring that all the labels/tags attached are still in place and have not been removed. Please note that some items are not eligible as returns and are sold on a “Final Sale” basis. Please check the “Shipping and Returns” tab on each product before your purchase.
At oneveranda.com and its team will take care in supplying you with products that are in good condition and are unused, therefore all returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Upon receipt of your returned item our team will inspect the item and on satisfaction will issue a full refund for the purchase price, excluding the original delivery charge.
It is also possible that you would like to exchange the item with another. In the first instance please email us at email@example.com and we will be more than happy to arrange the exchange and will inform you of the new product delivery chosen by you in writing via email. Our team will keep you informed of the status of your delivery.
There are times when your purchase may arrive damaged (by circumstances beyond our control), on discovery of the damage you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours and we will issue you with replacement item and forward a return label for the damaged item. When returning this parcel kindly ensure that you return all packaging that has been delivered to you, this will assist us in investigating the damage.
If the parcel delivered to is damaged or feel it has been opened, we advise you not to accept it in the first instance however this not always possible. In this case we would like you take a photograph of the damaged/opened parcel and email it to us at the email@example.com
